This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Icesoftware SRL ("Licensor") for the use of the "ROMANIAN SAF-T" ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal or business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

User shall not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party.

Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices from the Software.

Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is the intellectual property of Licensor. No ownership rights are granted under this Agreement.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

6. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if User fails to comply with its terms. Upon termination, User must uninstall and cease all use of the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania.
